1. Introduction

Welcome to Invest In Me (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Platform”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.invest-in-me.org and any related services, features, or content offered through the Platform.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Invest In Me operates as a dropshipping e-commerce platform.

This means:

  • Products listed on the Platform may be supplied and fulfilled by third-party vendors and suppliers.
  • We do not manufacture or warehouse products unless explicitly stated.
  • Shipping and fulfillment are conducted by independent suppliers.

We act as an intermediary between customers and suppliers to facilitate transactions.

3. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or
  • Use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All prices displayed are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Pay the full listed price at checkout
  • Pay applicable shipping fees and taxes

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Fraud suspicion
  • Payment authorization failure

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed by the supplier. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Shipping & Delivery

As a dropshipping platform:

  • Products may ship from different countries.
  • Delivery times vary depending on supplier and destination.
  • Delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or force majeure events.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Paying applicable customs duties or import taxes

9. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy (Effective 16th February 2026).

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform
  • Upload malicious code
  • Abuse refund policies

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.

All content on the Platform, including:

  • Logos
  • Text
  • Graphics
  • Images
  • Website design
  • Branding

is the property of Invest In Me or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party content
  • External privacy practices
  • Services provided outside our Platform

Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Invest In Me shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Delays caused by suppliers or logistics providers
  • Product defects originating from third-party suppliers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

14. Product Liability Disclaimer

Because products are supplied by third-party vendors:

  • We do not manufacture products.
  • We do not guarantee product suitability for specific purposes.
  • Any product warranties are provided by the supplier, where applicable.

Customers should use products in accordance with provided instructions.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invest In Me from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Breach of applicable laws

16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Internet outages

17. Termination

  • Cancel accounts

if these Terms are violated.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

18. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy (Effective 16th February 2026).

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Papua New Guinea, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Papua New Guinea.

20. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve disputes amicably.
