Because products are fulfilled and shipped directly by independent suppliers, this Refund & Returns Policy outlines the specific conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be granted.

2. Important Notice About Dropshipping

Invest In Me does not manufacture, warehouse, or directly ship products unless explicitly stated.

All products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. As a result:

  • Return eligibility may vary depending on the supplier.
  • Shipping times may vary.
  • Return shipping may be international.
  • Some items may not be eligible for return.

We act as the intermediary between you and the supplier to resolve issues fairly and transparently.


3. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

3.1 Damaged or Defective Items

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The product does not function as advertised

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photographic or video evidence may be required.


3.2 Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.


3.3 Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

Because products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers (often internationally), we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, including:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Found a better price elsewhere

Exceptions may apply at our discretion, subject to:

  • Supplier approval
  • Item being unused and in original packaging
  • Customer covering return shipping costs

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless defective:

6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Do not return items without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Because many suppliers process orders quickly:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may:

  • Delay investigation
  • Result in account suspension if abuse is detected

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally.
