LNM Services will be running a Financial Literacy program for our local farmers who grow and sell commodities for export as well as provide a vanilla bean production and management training for our local farmers.
The aim of these trainings is to teach, up skill and empower our youth, women and men in the community on how they can manage and utilize their earnings to ensure financial security. The vanilla bean trainings hopes to educate local farmers on how to cultivate and ensure the quality of vanilla beans for the purpose of making sure vanilla beans are of reputable quality that meet international standards.
LNM Services hopes to start in Madang and move towards other provinces to support and empower our local farmers.
